OR
Lincoln had a rough night again last night, and with his echo ultrasound this morning, they discovered that some of his stitches tore in his leaflet/ valve. That is why his breathing is so distressed and he is so uncomfortable. Dr. Haw and his team are preparing for re-repair surgery right now and they have already put him under Anesthesia. The surgery should be shorter but if they can't repair it, they will have to replace the valve (which we do NOT want). Murph and I are devastated and terrified because Lincoln is so weak right now. Please pray for our baby. We are worse off than Monday in my eyes and the doctors are very concerned. Xoxo

ReplyDeleteLisa, I am a friend of Jeremy and Alex Stacy. You don't know me, but I am a mom of two boys. I just read your whole blog and I am so upset to hear all you, your family and little lincoln have been through. As another mom, I will start praying for you and keep up on your blog. Blessings and strength to you all. We go to Ada Bible and our sermon last week was about Trust, Risk and Hope. Trust that God will take care of you and provide for you. Take risks, knowing that God will see you through them. And always have the hope you need knowing that HE is watching over, you, your family, Lincoln and your surgeons, nurses and all his caregivers. I pray that today goes well and you are holding your baby boy again soon. Kelly Stroburg
